Customer Service Agent Fixed Term Contract
FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL JULY 2025

We want to speak to people who can really drive sales through exceptional customer service, whilst ensuring that correct processes are followed and maintained, but who will still enjoy having the autonomy to make decisions that really make a difference!
Customer Services
Positively manage existing customer enquiries and issues, to ensure first step resolution where possible.
Have a proactive and consistent approach to dealing with customer queries to actively maximize all opportunities to protect and increase revenue for the company.
Actively engage with all team competitions and incentives, to drive personal and team goals.
Achieve individual minimum KPI levels - daily, weekly, and monthly.
Provide feedback on the impact of changes to Process to the CC Manager
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, in accordance with the Customer Service Charter, and drive positive Feefo / Google reviews.
Deal effectively with any customer complaints and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer or escalate to the CC Manager where necessary.
Operations
Keep accurate records of all communications with customers on the RS3 Cloud system, including answer services, emails, social media, and phone conversations.
Ensure all reporting tools are correctly completed to the agreed timelines.
Escalate any system issues that are reducing the departments ability to run effectively.
Escalate any issues raised by customers regarding customer facing technology ,such as the access points . Online Check in and my account.
Provide suggestions and feedback to the CC Manager regarding improvements to systems that would enhance customer experience or improve activity.
Assist CC Manager in identifying ways to improve department processes.
Ensure all equipment such as Laptops, headsets etc. is maintained kept in good working order.
