Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and customer service techniques. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to listen attentively and respond appropriately to customer needs. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
