Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and navigate complex topics like payment determinations and claims processing.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing a seamless experience.
Educate customers on disease management programs and recommend healthy living initiatives tailored to their needs.
Develop your skills through extensive training and mentorship opportunities.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer problems.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
