**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

As a Customer Service Advocate at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Acting as a liaison, providing product/services information, and resolving customer issues
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients, answering product questions via email, phone, and live chat
* Providing best-practice consulting and product training to help customers utilize software effectively

* Availability to work shifts ranging from 7am CST to 7pm CST (M-F)
