What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be the person customers turn to when they need help. When something isn’t working as expected, you’ll step in and guide them to a solution.You’ll:Support customers in Dutch and English across phone, email, and chatListen carefully and understand what matters to themExplain solutions clearly and with empathyWork with other teams to resolve more complex situationsFollow up so customers feel supported from start to finishYou’ll have the freedom to think and make decisions—so you can focus on helping people, not just handling queries. You’ll receive your schedule in advance so you can plan your time.
