Customer Service Advisor

Our client, an industry leading membership organisation which boasts over 1 million members are looking for an additional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy contact centre team. As Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
Providing outstanding customer service to their members (and non members) across various touch points including phone, e-mail, webchat and social media
Handling queries and complaints from members and non-members
Promoting and providing advice on a wide range of products and services
Processing and escalating any customer complaints to ensure a first time resolution
Supporting other members of your team to ensure a high quality of service to members
I'm really keen to speak to candidates who have experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, or Customer Service Representative within a busy contact centre environment.
PLEASE NOTE: Salary for this position is up to £24,000 p.a. (depending on experience).
