Address customer concerns effectively, involving management as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
Experience with common office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and dependability
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service role within the home services industry
Demonstrated ability to advocate for customers and the employer
Familiarity with key performance metrics and their importance in a call center setting
