Customer Relations & Retention Specialist - remote
We’re looking for talented individuals with a strong sales and customer service background to join our team to help care for our customer base. This should include experience with customer satisfaction and retention. We work hard to create the best experience possible for our clients and use our knowledge and expertise in matching the perfect piece to the client's needs, this team delivers best-in-class service to clients who place orders via phone, email, and online.
We are seeking team members to start right away and hit the ground running with enough experience to jump in and help with minimal training. We are especially interested in finding like minded people with a passion for flowers, customer care and a desire to grow with the business.
