Customer Purchase Advisor (Remote - 1099 Contractor) Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and skilled Customer Purchase Advisor with a proven record to. The Customer Purchase Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through the buying process by understanding their needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring a smooth and positive purchasing experience. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for closing sales deals with incoming calls from potential customers. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products/services. • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively close sales. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and overcome objections. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities. Requirements: • Inbound calling experience • Minimum 5+ years • Native Speaker • Proven Call Center sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Excellent communication and negotiation and Upselling skills. • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and Upselling skills • Self-motivated with a high level of discipline to work effectively from home.• Access to a quiet work environment, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer. • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Compensation: • This is an hourly rate + commission position, offering a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers. • As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not be eligible for company benefits.
