We offer solutions to tomorrow’s challenges.The Customer Program Manager coordinates all Elo and partner resources to flawlessly execute customer projects and ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. This role will coordinate people and processes to ensure that Elo projects produce the desired results for our customers. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s multi-functional team and timeline. *This is a remote position. What you will do: This role will be responsible for the coordination and success of assigned program management support, including:Be the face for Elo’s business with the client and all stakeholdersInterface with customers to support their daily requirements, such as product testing, and deployment schedulingCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholdersSupport programs with service support contracts including program scope, lifecycle, and resourcesUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsCommunicate technical issues, and be a liaison in assisting with technical resolutions Ensure resource availability and allocationMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationOther responsibilities and duties as assigned by manager. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering Minimum of 2-5 years proven working experience as a project administrator with external clients, preferably in the information technology sectorAbility to make clear, strategic decisions that are in alignment with Elo’s business objectivesDemonstrated ability in leading, planning, and executing multi-departmental programsSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in computer hardware and software systemsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Experience collaborating with sales, operations, and service support teamsAbility to create new processes and challenge the status quoSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsPMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus Physical Demands:Ability to lift to OSHA single person lift requirementsAbility to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to travel domestically and internationally without restrictionsElo Touch Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $75,300 and $110,000 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
