Customer Procurement & Compliance Specialist

This is not a back-office role. You'll be:Partnered with Sales to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-closeOwn and complete customer procurement, security, and compliance questionnaires (RFPs, vendor forms, security reviews)Jumping on customer calls to handle security/compliance questions Collaborating with Engineering, Product & Sales to gather accurate and complete responsesBuild and maintain a centralized knowledge base of reusable answers (security, product, legal, etc.)Support ongoing compliance efforts (SOC 2, GDPR, AI compliance, and related standards)
If you:
Have A+ communication skills (this is non-negotiable)Can translate technical concepts into clear business answersUnderstanding of contract workflows and document lifecycle managementExperience working with AI-enabled tools or legal tech platforms Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsAre willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done2+ years of experience in ops, legal ops, compliance, or similar
