Job Description:
Responsibilities
• Must be able to follow technical written procedures for customer order demands, CMMS PR/PO Status, customer inquiries, and database management.
• Must be familiar with and be able to provide data entry for manual and automated supply systems:
• Processes CMMS POs into BPM and SC360 systems
• Retains all files in the BPM Repository as well as adding all data required to BPM
• Creates customer orders and purchase requisitions in GDIT’s SC360 system
• Double check all orders for errors daily
• Processes proof of deliveries
• Updates shipped order information in government system.
• Performs other, related duties as assigned, such as: providing customer feedback, tracking customer inquiries, part resolution, and review of PR/PO data.
Requirements
• HS degree required and two (2) to four (4) years of related data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain secret clearance required.
