Customer Onboarding Consultant - Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Consultant to join our Pro Outside Sales Operations and Enablement team at Workwarp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a positive and strategic deployment experience for new and current customers into Lowe's Pro programs. You will partner cross-functionally with internal and external departments to ensure seamless integration, prioritize customer experience, and support sales teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Pre-Agreement Support: Develop customer-specific content for Request for Proposals (RFPs), consult with customers and National Account Managers to identify set-up needs and requirements, and prioritize key target dates.
Lead the A-to-Z customer integration efforts, managing tasks, performing quality checks, and updating key stakeholders.
Partner with 3rd Party Support Teams, Credit Teams, Pro-Solution Center, and Special-order teams to ensure smooth set-up and integration.
Collaborate with National Account Managers, Sr. National Account Managers, and Directors of National Accounts to strategize and execute partnership deployment.
Post-Launch Support: Identify and communicate adoption trends, provide post-launch support to clients and National Account Managers, and execute transition plans.


Requirements:


High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer onboarding.
Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and report data, with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
B2B outside sales experience and prior experience with E-commerce/Third-Party platform management preferred.


What We Offer:


Competitive salary: $81,200.00 - $135,400.00 annually.
