Duties

ā¢ Assist customers with order processing, returns, and troubleshooting issues.
ā¢ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
ā¢ Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve outstanding issues.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex inquiries.
ā¢ Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes.
ā¢ Handle cash transactions accurately when required.
Skills
ā¢ Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
ā¢ Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably within a call center environment.
ā¢ Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
ā¢ Proficient computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
ā¢ Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
ā¢ Experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
ā¢ Ability to type efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
