**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Developing and executing annual sales plans to drive growth and profitability for careerzynith at Sam's Club
* Building and maintaining strong business relationships with Sam's Club merchants to grow our business and deliver against sales, revenue, and profit goals
* Leading customer negotiations, joint business planning, and cross-functional collaboration to align with customer goals and objectives
* Analyzing market trends, customer priorities, and sales data to identify profitable growth opportunities and inform strategic plans
* Managing the careerzynith Sam's Club Customer P&L and leveraging expert understanding of system economics and value chain to deliver against financial goals
* Leading annual sales, revenue, profit, and key performance indicators planning (AOP- Annual Operating Plan)
* Overseeing demand planning and supply chain customer service processes to ensure accurate demand forecasting and on-time order fulfillment

**Requirements:**

To succeed as a Customer Growth Manager, you will need:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with a consumer-packaged goods organization
* 3+ years of fact-based direct selling experience
* Exceptional customer management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
* Strong influencing skills to gain alignment and commitments with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
* Superior analytical, critical thinking, and thought leadership skills
* Financial acumen to build sound and compelling profit-driving propositions
* Strong PC skillset, especially on PowerPoint and Excel
