Key Responsibilities


Manage inbound calls and chat processes to understand and address customer requirements effectively.
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone calls, providing detailed information about products and services.
Practice active listening to understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Accurately document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or process expert for further assistance and resolution.
Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Assist customers in resolving post-sales issues, including technical difficulties and order-related concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
