Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email). You will handle customer inquiries, resolve support issues, and escalate more complex product-related issues to appropriate departments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
Comfortable with desktop computer systems
Experience in customer service preferred

6 months of customer service experience
Proficient in PC operation and navigation
Strong listening skills and logical problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
