Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive and responsive customer communication, including warm outreach calls/emails to check on camera installations and usage, as well as inbound support to answer queries and resolve installation or operational issues.
Share updates on new products and services to help customers maximize value and resolve issues swiftly, troubleshooting directly or escalating complex problems as needed.
Ensure installation completion through follow-up reminders and assistance, maintaining up-to-date documentation and addressing customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably in customer service or support, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Strong problem-solving, data entry, and communication abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work 40 hours per week on Eastern Standard Time (EST), with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
