With a grand ambition to reach 100 million users within the next decade, we're seeking a talented and versatile professional to help us achieve this vision. **Job Summary** As a Customer Experience & Partnership Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blithequark. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty * Launching and managing the blithequark affiliate program, collaborating with influencers and partners to drive growth * Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents * Conducting market research and gathering feedback to inform product development and positioning * Creating compelling content, including written materials and images, to communicate with subscribers and partners * Collaborating with the founding team to drive business growth and expansion **Key Responsibilities** * Handle all aspects of customer experience, including content and emails sent to subscribers, customer service inquiries, and finding ways to improve engagement * Identify and conduct tests to get subscribers "sharing" their Parentfile with family and friends * Launch and manage the blithequark affiliate program with moms, teenagers, and retired individuals * Business development outreach to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to add this for their clients * Weekly product research with friends and colleagues to get feedback and incorporate into our product positioning for each demographic (subscriber has young children, adult children, aging parents) * Comfortable creating own written materials and images when needed for customer emails and more * Ability to work individually as well as a part of a very small team and effectively share the workload **Qualifications** * Must understand the mindset of a parent so you can "live the brand;" * 5+ years of CX, partnerships, and/or working as an entrepreneur or for a rapidly growing startup * Possess the passion and work ethic to be an entrepreneur and excited to get in on the ground floor of an exciting company * Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving those objectives * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
