Customer Experience Marketing Manager (Shopper Marketing, Digital Accounts)
We're partnering with a leading entertainment company, to find a talented Manager, Customer Experience - Shopper Marketing. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely within a dynamic marketing team focused on digital accounts.
ā¢ Manager, Customer Experience - Shopper Marketing Responsibilities:*
ā¢ Handle daily marketing activities for assigned digital accounts, including preparing go-to-market plans, pitch decks, and recap presentations.
ā¢ Co-facilitate weekly meetings with customers and support the promotion of new releases.
ā¢ Oversee the creation of marketing and merchandising assets, ensuring timely delivery and quality across platforms.
ā¢ Collaborate with product and creative teams to design insight-driven promotional programs aligned with strategic plans.
ā¢ Measure program success by analyzing ROI, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, supporting continuous improvement.
ā¢ Manager, Customer Experience - Shopper Marketing Qualifications: *
ā¢ 5* *years overall customer marketing and/or media experience (specific experience working with transactional entertainment such as EST, iVOD, RVOD, or SVOD is a plus)
ā¢ Minimum of 1 year working with programs involving a social media or digital component.
ā¢ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and external partners.
ā¢ Experience managing full lifecycle promotional campaigns with strong project management skills.
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop; digital products background is a plus.
