We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Concierge to join our Centurion Lounge team at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. As a representative of American Express, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service to our premium Card Members, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that exceed their expectations.
About the Role:
Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge
Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service
Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and concerns, driving brand loyalty and enthusiasm
Employ the Customer First philosophy, meeting customers' needs and expectations with exceptional communication skills
Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultations and reservation assistance
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
Exceptional communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
Professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Competitive salary range: $20.00 to $22.12 hourly
