We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist II to join our team! As the frontline support and face of our organization, you'll play a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience, creating value with every customer contact in a cross-functional environment, including 401(k) administration. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional support to employees, employers, and Financial Advisors (FAs) of companies with 401(k) services, resolving their queries and processing requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of day-to-day tasks associated with 401(k) plan operation
* Document details of customer contacts and actions taken, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems through effective communication
* Develop and apply product and process knowledge to anticipate and meet customer service needs, and continually identify areas for improvement
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, or accounting preferred
* 401(k) industry knowledge and experience; completion of Employer training (8-week internal course) required
* Solid mathematical abilities and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Excellent communication, analytical, problem resolution skills, and detail orientation
