As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with careerzynith. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting billing calls by processing payments, accurately educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and impact of non-pay status
* Proactively reviewing customers' accounts and educating them on additional service options
* Supporting all careerzynith video, phone, and internet products with basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
* Escalating any customer issues that may be indicative of larger network issues
* Performing all other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least one year of customer service experience, with prior call center experience a plus
* A high school diploma or GED
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and solve practical issues
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills and telephone etiquette
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Great organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging and/or changing situations
* Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to employment
