Ā Engage with potential clients to understand their preferences and requirements, delivering tailored recommendations for their trips.
Ā Promptly address travel inquiries and assist clients in adhering to their budget constraints.
Ā Stay informed about industry developments, including travel restrictions and regulations, to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Ā Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively following up with clients before, during, and after their trips to resolve any concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
