Specific benefits plans will vary by country/region. **The Role** As a Customer Engineer (SQL Server & Data Platform Engineer) at arenaflex, you will design, optimize, and support modern database solutions. This role emphasizes high availability, performance tuning, and leading cloud migrations to Azure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and optimize SQL Server platforms, focusing on performance, high availability, and failover clustering. * Lead migrations of on-premises databases to Azure and other cloud platforms. * Architect disaster recovery solutions using FCI, Always On availability groups, and Azure services. * Perform query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for enterprise-level systems. **Requirements:** * 4 to 8 years of experience with SQL Server (2012+), Azure SQL, and data warehousing. * Expertise in high availability, clustering, and cloud-based database solutions. * Experience with Azure services like Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, and IaaS. * Strong skills in database performance tuning and query optimization. * Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range: $91,457- $137,186, which includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance. * Opportunity to work with a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy, talent, and technology. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of game-changers. * Professional growth and development opportunities. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **How to Apply:** If you believe you have what it takes, submit your application without delay.
