And we’re proud to be recognized with awards such as "World's Best Workplaces," “Best Companies for Career Growth,” and “Best Company Culture,” year after year.The Azure Monitor Customer Engineer will work directly with customers, as a consultant and technical advisor to:Design, Deploy, Review and Assess the health of the infrastructureUpgrade and maintain deploymentsTroubleshoot issues with infrastructure and agentsTune and optimize for performanceAssist with reporting and visualizationsImplement new management packsAssist in the development of custom management packsProvide training in all areas of Azure Monitor to ensure customer goals are metIdeal candidate experience:15+ years working as a depth expert and technology owner or consultant for Azure monitorAbility to present to multiple levels of customer leadership.Ability to act as a consultant and architect for multiple customers.Broad knowledge across multiple monitoring scenarios:Windows and Linux Operating SystemsAzure MonitorKQL Kusto Query language advanced levelURL, Network monitoringConnecting to ITSM systemsDashboards, Reporting, and VisualizationsPowerShell scriptingDeep level knowledge in at least 3 of the above categoriesAdvanced level of English and good level of DutchTechnical Skills Requirements: Azure Monitor:Broad knowledge of ALL the below areas, with deep understanding of (at least) 4 of the following:Deep understanding of Azure Monitor architecture (metrics vs logs, data flow, ingestion, retention)Strong knowledge of:Log Analytics workspacesAzure Monitor MetricsDiagnostic settingsResource‑level vs platform‑level telemetryAbility to explain when to use Azure Monitor vs Azure Data Explorer / Grafana / third‑party tools.Additionally, be able to ;Write complex KQL queries across multiple tablesUse:parse, extend, mv-expandjoins, time series, summarize patternsperformance‑optimized queriesBuild:reusable queriesfunctionssummary rules for cost & performance optimizationDebug slow or expensive queriesToolsVisual Studio, Silect, MPViewer, Alert Update Connector, PowerShellLinux OS and Linux MonitoringReport DevelopmentNetwork MonitoringURL MonitoringRelated Skills:System Center OrchestratorSystem Center Data Protection ManagerSystem Center Virtual Machine ManagerSystem Center Service ManagerLocation:NLD Work-at-HomeLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full time
