About the Role:
Title: Customer Engineer - Entra ID
Location: 100% remote
Day to day:
 Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments, and providing expert guidance.
 Train customers and share industry and development expertise.
 Be part of a thriving developer community that's constantly looking for ways to improve our customers experience, software development goals, and use of technology.
 Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.
 Gain access to expertise and support from client's consulting practice and product group.
 Growth Mindset
 Troubleshooting/Problem Analysis
 Maintain, and extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness
 Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, and gain trust and respect for Client Premier.
 Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills
Requirements:
Entra ID External Identities, including:
 Entra ID Business to Consumer (B2C)
 Entra ID Business to Business (B2B)
 Entra ID for Customers
 Cross-Tenant Access Settings
 Cross-Tenant Access Synchronization
 Entra Connect
 Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Identity infrastructure (Entra ID), and Security
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between 110000- 120000 Annually. Factors affecting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
