Position : Customer Complaints Management - 100%Remote Location : Salt Lake City, UT Duration : 10 Months Total Hours/week : 40.00 1st Shift Client: Medical Device Company Job Category: Quality Level OfExperience: Entry Level Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders Only) 3 ‘must Have’ Requirements • Practical use with bolthires Excel (must be able to competently use MS Excel for managing spreadsheets) • Detail oriented: accuracy of work is essential • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Data entry experience is a plus Job Description • This position reports to an Engineer in the Field Assurance Department.• This department is responsible for fielding of customer complaints about products. • The complaints may come from patients, health care providers including physicians, nurses, or other health care staff. • This department investigates the root cause of failure from an engineering perspective. • This position will be responsible for helping to process customer complaints, aiding in the investigation of root cause analysis, and will assist with engineering activities including decontamination/processing of returned medical devices, collect data, analyze data and prepare reports, and processing of customer complaints.• This position will process customer complaint data and create and update Excel reporting of customer complaint data. • Emphasis will be placed on accuracy and timeliness of data entry and processing Minimum Qualifications • Two to four (2-4) years’ experiences in a related area or equivalency. • Demonstrated human relations and communication skills. • Working competence in Word Processing, Excel spreadsheets, presentation, and other software programs along with good letter composition skills. Must Have • Ability to learn new databases with guided training.• Proficient in bolthires suite and general computer skills. • Grammar, writing and editing skills and proofreading competency. • Excellent organizational and functional skills. • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality about information received in the course of duties in compliance with HIPPA regulations. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and excellent attention to detail. • Ability to handle a large volume of work in an organized manner. • Functions well under pressure.Apply tot his job
