Customer Check-out Attendant
Job Description:
As representatives of the restaurant, Burger King Customer Check-out Attendant are responsible for delivering fast and friendly service to customers during their checkout.
Responsibilities:
Ā Provide a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers as they enter and exit the establishment with a warm reception.
Ā Regulate financial exchanges with customers using cash registers.
Ā To fulfill the duties of a cashier, you are required to verify the prices of the products, scan them, receive the payment, and provide the correct change.
Ā Hand over receipts of payment, refunds, admission tokens, and coin conversions.
Ā Resolve customer complaints by offering relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions.
Ā Regular cleaning and tidying of the checkout area can prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
Ā Scrutinize balance sheets for any discrepancies and report them to the designated personnel.
Qualifications:
Ā Established track record of providing excellent customer service as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role.
Ā Basic PC knowledge.
Ā Knowledgeable in operating electronic devices such as cash registers and point of sale systems.
Ā Good math skills.
Ā Excellent communication skills and time management expertise are essential in any organization.
Ā Customer satisfactionoriented.
Ā Having a high school diploma or an equivalent certification is a prerequisite.
