Scope
1.Establish, inventory and replenish adequate supply levels, including exchange and parcarts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments.
Ā Documents all supply replenishment performed enter issues/ credits, patient care equipment and charges.
Ā Processes patient and supply charges for interfacing and dayclose activities
Ā Monitors, rotates, removes and documents all outdated and overstocked supplies, checking for any damage to items.
Ā Enters supply replenished par level forms, including par, Pyxis inventory, or exchange carts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments.
Ā Verifies inventory and control levels for all nursing and schedules ancillary departments.
Ā Physically stocks, and pick needed supplies for delivery to nursing and ancillary departments.
Ā (All SCL jobs) Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
Ā (All SCL jobs) Performs other duties as assigned.
Ā (If applicable) May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
Ā (If applicable) May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
