Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
Assist with order processing and tracking inquiries for customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Experience and Skills:
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a contact center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Wages $25.10 - $29.90 Hourly
