**What We're Looking For:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 6+ months of professional experience using computers and web-based tools
* A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber with minimum 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload)
* The ability to adjust your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks with 2 weeks' notice)
* A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions
* The ability to provide full attention to customers during work hours
