Customer Care Specialist (Remote)

You'll be a key part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional support to Amazon customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Virtually assist customers via phone, email, and web with billing, product, and service inquiries.
Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Proactively identify solutions to anticipate customer needs.
Take a hands-on approach to resolving customer issues, ensuring complete resolution or escalating to the appropriate resources.
Provide best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Assist customers with insurance inquiries, copays, and shipping needs.
Provide technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
Serve customers in a timely manner to maximize customer relationships.
Understand that each interaction is an opportunity to build long-term customer relationships.


What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months of professional experience using computers and web-based tools.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber with minimum 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload).
Ability to adjust your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks with 2 weeks' notice).
Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions.
Ability to provide full attention to customers during work hours.
