What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high in-bound call volume covering a full range of customer service inquiries
- Respond to inbound customer calls and assist customers face-to-face as needed
- Provide customers with a clear understanding of charges, billing cycles, and payment methods
- Maintain working knowledge of all products and services offered
- Apply sales and service skills acquired from the Standard Operation Procedure during customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Data entry and computer skills
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Efficient and accurate handling of money
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
