Customer Care Specialist (English/French Bilingual) Location – Canada (Remote) About the role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the friendly, knowledgeable voice customers rely on? In this role, you will be the primary liaison between Malvern Panalytical and our customers—supporting them in both English and French. You will coordinate service needs, guide customers to timely solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects our high standards of professionalism and care.
