Position Overview: As our Customer Care Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our office — handling day-to-day service tasks, supporting clients, and helping the team run smoothly. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn your insurance licenses and advance into a licensed team member role within 6-12 months. What You’ll Do: Manage daily office operations to ensure excellent client service Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and service requests Support outreach efforts to maintain and build strong client relationships Follow up on tasks and help solve problems as they arise Prepare for and obtain insurance licenses with our full training and mentorship Collaborate with the team to meet office goals and improve processes What We’re Looking For: Friendly, motivated, and organized Strong communication skills No prior insurance experience required — we provide all necessary training!
