Program Details

This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position. A monthly stipend will be provided during the training period.

Location and Work Arrangements

The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. However, you must have a reliable home office setup, including:


A 22-24” monitor with an HDMI cable
A table and chair
A quiet place to work
A 2-3 hour backup power source


Working Hours

The working hours for this role are:


Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST
Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM BST


About the Role

Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Intern, your key responsibilities will include:


Responding to customer/client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
Identifying customer/client needs and helping customers use specific features
Updating our internal databases/CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Updating CRM (changing current course to completed modules)
Handling complicated queries that are not resolved by the first contact person


Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:


A recent Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
