**About the Role**

As a Customer Care Executive at careerzynith, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their complete satisfaction. **Responsibilities**

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
* Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher

**Required Skills**

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
* Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues
* Ability to adapt to various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
* Prior customer service experience is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
