What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
- Provide front-line phone customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Field approximately 75 to 100 calls per day
- Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and products
- Collaborate with management and team members to address service issues and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in an office environment
- 1 year of experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
- 6 months of work from home experience
- High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous insurance industry experience handling calls about life insurance and annuity policies
- Designated quiet area for working from home
