Customer Care Agent (Remote)

We are now looking for Customer Care representatives who will be part of the rapid growth of the Lingble Customer Care Team. We are recruiting for customer service representatives covering mainly our US time zone shift.

Requirements:

- Business level or above in the English language

- Experience with e-commerce

- Enjoy online shopping

- Attentive to details

- Kind, patient, and eager-to-help attitude and personality

- Problem-solving skills

- Multitasking

- Customer service experience

- Experience with HappyFox/Zendesk/Live chat/Magento

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $5.00 per hour
