A knack for spotting trends in feedback to help make the Image experience even better.
Sales charm to educate customers about our monthly promotions with a consultative sales approach.
Tech-savviness with tools like Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook/Teams.
Attention to details to process orders, returns, and exchanges making it a seamless experience for the customer.
Incredible organizational skills to maintain accurate service tickets.
Be engaging with your Image teammates like sales, marketing and warehouse teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
Love for skincare and helping people feel fabulous with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills like they want to chat with you forever good.
A team player mindset and a dash of independence.
An initiative-taking attitude with superhero critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with using multiple computer programs and screens during customer interactions.
Passion for skincare and familiarity with Image Skincares products is a plus

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years customer service sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Zendesk
Must have strong selling to customer needs ability
Must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience in skincare, spa or medical brands.
Ideally, a Licensed Esthetician (not a requirement)
Ability to work independently
Career oriented with a positive energetic attitude
Be comfortable using multiple computer programs including online database and internet-based systems
Complete cases within 24 hours of assignment
Follow up on open cases and pending e-mails until completion
Assist on orders and order processing
Knowledge of SAP, Shopify, and/or CRM software
Knowledge of phone systems software
