Customer Call Center Representative- Remote Position

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer service inquiries and handle customer service transactions independently
- Listen for and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
- Establish customer accounts by negotiating and documenting service type, pricing, billing, and other required information
- Support other service lines when required
- Meet or exceed service and operational standards established for the call center
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D
- One (1) year of previous customer service experience
- High-speed internet (Minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload)
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Computer skills - MS Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in sales and retention
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Experience in waste management industry
