Your Role as Customer Advisor: Assist customers via phone and email for different projects during the night Represent the brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage administrative tasks related to your customer interactions Look for suitable solutions together with the customer Keep your customers informed and up to date on the status of their case through email and outbound calls What You Bring: Fluency in Dutch & French A passion for helping people and solving problems Strong communication and adaptability skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Willingness to work night shifts No prior experience?
