Customer Account Manager

The Digital Client Partner is responsible for the relationship and Consulting Sales efforts of our existing customers. Coordinates cross-functionally to assist with the consulting sales process, as well as create a relationship with the existing customer base. What you will be doing:Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual consulting sales quotas and weekly pipeline creation goalsFacilitate efficient and in-depth product demonstrations for customers with the Sales Solutions teamIntroduce new product offerings and functionalities to the customer base, keeping them up to speed with our latest product enhancements and new releasesCreate long-term relationships within the customer leadership team and develops reference ability within the install basePartner with others within Epicor to sell our solutionConduct account and territory planningGenerate leads through social selling and leveraging one's networkFollow up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territorySome travel is expected in support of sales effortsWhat you will bring:Proven presentation and demonstration skillsSelf-starter with the ability to operate independently2+ years of ERP experience2+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)2+ years’ account management and/or consulting sales experience, including customer satisfaction.2+ years of consistent quota attainmentExcellent written and spoken English is mandatoryAbout EpicorAt Epicor, we’re truly a team.
