Job Summary of Customer Account Agent:
Responsibilities in this position include managing packages, conducting quality checks, and overseeing transactions to ensure customers have a seamless experience. With various shifts offered, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to kickstart or advance your career in a dynamic setting.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Account Agent:
ā¢ Provide support to customers regarding shipping queries and assistance.
ā¢ Verify shipment destinations and evaluate packages to ensure they satisfy quality requirements.
ā¢ Utilize UPS technology for processing packages and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping.
ā¢ Complete sales transactions in a timely and professional fashion.
ā¢ Deliver polished and courteous customer service in a dynamic and fast-moving atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience of Customer Account Agent:
ā¢ Training will be provided, so prior experience is not a requirement.
ā¢ Proficiency in both communication and interpersonal interactions.
ā¢ Fundamental computer skills essential for tracking packages and organizing records.
ā¢ Proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high level of detail orientation.
ā¢ Individuals must be legally cleared to work in the United States.
