Curriculum Developer - Online Learning

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Curriculum Developer to design engaging and effective online learning experiences. This hybrid role requires a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing you to contribute significantly to our educational initiatives. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing comprehensive curricula for various subjects, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives. This includes researching subject matter, outlining course content, writing instructional materials, developing assessments, and integrating multimedia elements. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS) is essential. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to create high-quality, interactive learning modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and best practices in online education. Your ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and accessible content is crucial. In this hybrid capacity, you will participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions at our Colorado Springs office on a regular basis, while also enjoying the flexibility to work remotely for designated periods. Excellent project management skills are required to manage multiple development cycles and meet deadlines. You will be expected to stay current with emerging trends in educational technology and instructional design. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering learning.
