What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with our elite team of educators and technologists to pioneer new standards in social studies education
• Translate complex historical narratives and geographical concepts into compelling, accessible content enhanced by AI personalization

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities
Drive measurable improvement in student mastery of social studies concepts, doubling acquisition speed of historical and geographic knowledge through pioneering AI-driven methodologies.
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing or teaching social studies curricula with proven improvement in student outcomes
• Advanced analytical capabilities for interpreting educational data and implementing strategic improvements
• Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies in educational contexts
• Exceptional communication skills that transform complex historical and geographical concepts into compelling narratives

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
