Basic Requirements • Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or related social studies discipline • Proven track record of at least 3 years developing or teaching social studies with measurable improvements in student outcomes • Exceptional analytical capabilities for interpreting educational data and implementing meaningful improvements • Hands-on experience with educational AI applications, including adaptive learning systems or AI-assisted content creation • Superior storytelling abilities to transform historical and geographical concepts into compelling, accessible narratives About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
