Stoney Creek Mushrooms, is an award winning, local, farm to table indoor mushroom farm specializing in organic, and gourmet mushrooms and microgreens, serving restaurants throughout SE Michigan and parts of Ohio. Our facility is located in the heart of Ferndale, MI. We need someone to cover the Cleveland, OH area. Our business continues to flourish and expand, so we need a talented entry level sales representative who has food industry/restaurant B2B sales experience, to cover Cleveland.
Culinary Sales Consultant - Gourmet Mushrooms & Microgreens - Cleveland, OH based
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Stoney Creek Mushrooms in a professional manner
- Educate customers about our gourmet mushrooms, microgreens and their culinary applications
- Promote our brand promise…”giving customers incredible organic, and gourmet mushrooms and microgreens, with amazing customer service.”
- Provide product samples, recipes, and pricing to potential customers. Restaurant targets will be provided to you
- Update all necessary sales documentation in a timely manner
- Upsell customers through menu development and food cost analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation. You must use your own vehicle for sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clean and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Prior experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
