CTO / Technical Lead for Small Software Development Agency
We are a growing software development agency providing web, mobile, and AI solutions to individuals, startups, and small businesses. We are looking for an experienced CTO / Technical Lead to help guide our technical direction and support the growth of our engineering team. Responsibilities: • Define and oversee the company’s technical strategy and architecture • Review code, set engineering standards, and ensure best practices • Guide project planning, estimates, and technical decision-making • Support and mentor developers as needed Requirements: • Strong background in software development (web) • Experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or CTO • Ability to work hands-on when needed (code reviews, architecture, problem-solving) • Strong communication skills and leadership mindset • Startup or agency experience is a plus Details: • Part-time or contract-based role (flexible hours) • Long-term opportunity with room to grow • Compensation based on experience and availability If you’re interested in helping shape the technical foundation of a growing agency, we’d love to hear from you.
